Express Employment Professional is currently seeking a Spanish Bilingual Representative for our client in Farmington Hills, MI.

Spanish Bilingual Representative Benefits:

• This is a full time, Monday thru Friday position

• Hourly compensation up to $17/hr based on experience, paid weekly

Spanish Bilingual Representative Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service in Spanish for an Inbound Call Center
• Responding to customer inquiries regarding account information
• Assist with improving and restoring credit
• Sharing information on company products and services
• Addressing customer concerns in a timely manner

Spanish Bilingual Representative Position Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual in Spanish
• 2 years call center, customer service or data entry experience preferred
• Professionally handle customer inquiries
• Can relate to customers and help them solve problems
• Proficient in MS Office and other office related computer skills
• Comfortable with navigating multi screens while communicating with customer
• Punctuality and attention to detail are critical
