Maintenance Tech needed for immediate opportunity at a beautiful condominium!

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Perform maintenance replacements and repair
• Complete work orders in a timely manner
• Perform routine inspections
• Remove debris from swimming pool, patios, and help maintain the grounds
• Perform casual labor, such a walking the complex and inspecting walkways
• Follow all standards, policies, and procedures
