We are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Associate to listen and engage with our clients with an empathetic ear to shepherd them in their quest for financial freedom. We are currently accepting applications from individuals with a passion for working in customer service, customer relations, and sales fields to work as part of our team in this full-time, permanent role.

The Customer Service & Sales Associate will engage with customers to help them reach their financial goals and help manage their debt. We are seeking candidates that are outgoing, personable & comfortable working in a team environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and professional development.

Customer Service & Sales Associate Responsibilities :

  • Provide excellent customer service by professionally handling incoming client requests from those interested in our debt relief services.
  • Maintain professional customer service standards in handling all client inquiries and advocating to ensure debt resolution is reached for the customer.
  • Participate in daily customer service and sales training sessions & campaign meetings.
  • Contribute to a positive & energetic environment for customers by resolving customer complaints and questions quickly and efficiently.

Job Requirements

Customer Service & Sales Associate Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail customer service, banking customer service, customer-focused finance, sales, retail sales, field sales, or similar roles an asset.
  • Education in business administration or finance or equivalent experience in the financial sector preferred. However, we will provide training.
  • Desire to participate in professional development and take on new responsibilities.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment.
