Immediate Temp to Perm opportunity with very well established Beverage Firm in Burlington County.

BILINGUAL CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE
JOB DUTIES:

• Responsible for 200 - 300 inbound and outbound calls. ( Daily)
• Entering orders accurately.
• Completing 10 to 15 routes (Daily)
• Retrieve Emails and Faxes.( Daily )
• Daily log of customer unable to reach.
• Covering vacations ( Additional routes )
• Additional hours and Routes during Vacations, Holidays and Inclement weather.
• Up-selling new and promo products
• Balancing all assigned routes and forwarding to manager. ( Daily)
• Printing tickets, logging and hand to distribution department.
• Maintain driver envelopes.
• BILINGUAL..SPANISH Strongly preferred.

WORK SCHEDULE:

• Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday and Saturday
• OFF on Wednesday and Sunday

$15./hr temp to Hire, $16.hr when perm
