Our firm, a market leader within the marketing and events field, is seeking a number of customer service advisors to join our team. You will be responding to customers' needs, acquiring new customers, processing their orders, and assisting with customer inquiries.
Ideally, we are looking for previous customer service and sales experience, however, we are happy to consider applicants who feel they possess the right skills to be successful in this role.

? Excellent verbal communication, numeric and literacy skills

? Must be reliable, tolerant, and be able to work under pressure. The ability to be professional at all times and represent the company in a professional manner is a prerequisite.

? Comfortable in visiting customers /site locations where relevant
? Ability to identify and interpret customers' needs
? Can demonstrate delivery of first-class customer service
? Promote our client’s brand through face to face sales and customer service strategies and provide information on:
o product prices and lead times
o client services
o product breakdown
o sale consolidation
? Develop and maintain good working relationships with specific key customers.
? Working closely with the external sales force covering a specific area and customer base including information gathering.
? Manage customers service support through the sales process
? Update and manage customer details as required
