Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

· Answer customer calls within a busy call-center environment and obtain all necessary information to provide the best service.

· Schedule service appointments in the Service Titan software.

· Provide support to the technicians through dispatching and follow up calls to the customer.

· Rotating on-call schedule with incentives.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 1 year of call center experience.

· Minimum of 3 years in other office work experience.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Proficient skills in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.

· Experience with Service Titan is a plus.

· AR/AP experience preferred.

· Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
