Door Pro America, Inc., a leading national building products dealer with locations nationwide is seeking a full time customer service associate to work in our Gainesville, VA corporate office.
- Answer incoming call’s
- Enter customer orders
- Schedule appointments,
- Resolve customer complaints and assist with other administrative, office and clerical functions.
- High school diploma or equivalent and experience in customer service.
- Excellent customer service skills, strong written, verbal and organizational skills, use of computer technology and passion for customer care required.
- A minimum of at least 2 years Customer Service experience
