Customer Service Associate

$12-$14 / HOUR

Door Pro America, Inc., a leading national building products dealer with locations nationwide is seeking a full time customer service associate to work in our Gainesville, VA corporate office. 


  • Answer incoming call’s
  • Enter customer orders
  • Schedule appointments,
  • Resolve customer complaints and assist with other administrative, office and clerical functions.

Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent and experience in customer service.
  • Excellent customer service skills, strong written, verbal and organizational skills, use of computer technology and passion for customer care required.
  • A minimum of at least 2 years Customer Service experience
