Job Title: Senior Procurement Analyst (2 openings)
Job Duration: 12 Months
Job Location: Racine, WI
The Position will start remote, but will be expected to be onsite upon re-opening (Racine, WI)
The Client is currently working in a remote setup. Hired candidate will return to work in offices in WI area as Return to Office company plans are finalized in the coming months, exact location and timing to be determined.

Summary:
The Senior Procurement Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting North America packaging and/or raw materials portfolio(s). This main responsibility of this position is to deliver Customer Service, Cost and Cash, and other objectives. This position is responsible to proactively identify, resolve and escalate delivery issues as they arise to ensure North American team can meet delivery, COF, case fill and quality targets. This role actively monitors a wide supplier base, which makes this position critical to continuing our strong supplier relationships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Service:

Manages a wide supplier base and large spend in a portfolio with a wide supplier base and high complexity of materials
Responsible for Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), leading quarterly reviews with SRM suppliers and driving improvements to supplier performance. Participate in expanding/automating SRM by cleansing data, training suppliers, driving recurrent cross-functional meetings with suppliers and validating the scorecard/metrics
Work with the suppliers as well as Planning, Quality, and other internal stakeholders to meet the desired OTIF (On Time and In Full), CFR (Case Fill Rate), and Quality targets
Lead and implement root cause analysis and corrective actions as appropriate
Proactively assess supplier capacity and initiate improvements with suppliers and stakeholders to increase supply chain reliability

Sourcing Support:
Identify, initiate, and execute cost and cash improvement projects
Review ongoing cost savings projects and drive on time implementation with minimal direction
Support and lead the onboarding and offboarding of new suppliers
Identify needs and complete analysis for designated materials regionally and for global commodities and utilize analysis to identify cost savings opportunities
Ensure contract terms and conditions are executed (pricing, rebates, payment terms, incoterms, etc.) per the agreed to timing
Support SAP system maintenance to ensure material and vendor master data is accurate with minimal support
Participate in and potentially lead supplier negotiations
Support new supplier identification, selection, and qualification activities
Support and be able to lead request for quotes, cost analysis, and market analysis
Represent Procurement with minimal support on new product development teams

Process Improvement and Capabilities
Identify and implement process improvements within Procurement and with other functional areas to minimize cost, reduce waste, and increase speed
Work with Procurement Capabilities to improve supplier compliance to responsible sourcing and sustainability improvements
Participate in the development/implementation of global standard processes

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operation Management, Engineering, Finance or Supply Chain or relevant military experience considered in lieu of degree requirements
1 years of work experience in Supply Chain, Procurement or related field
1 years of experience creating and presenting executive summaries with data analytics
1 years working in SAP or other planning/ERP system
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
