Local Coordinator

CA$26-CA$31 / HOUR
We are looking for a new local Coordinator to join a friendly and professional team. You will be part of a team of people that manage the Helpdesk and be a customer facing employee to assist in day to day activities.

Core job roles are:

Communicating with our clients with regards to reactive faults, servicing, and general queries.
Ordering equipment, invoicing, booking site visits and sending correspondence to clients after work has been undertaken.
Further training will be provided for other duties on an ad hoc basis long term.Job RequirementsRequirements for this position are:

Good level of written communication.
Must have experience and good skills using Microsoft Office suite.
You will need to have telephony experience and have good telephony skills-as the role will be client facing.
Proactive attitude to day to day duties.
