The Construction Manager schedules and performs coordination of contracted services, develops construction scheduling of projects, establishes and maintains documentation on all projects, works directly with hospital architectural and engineering firms, has all responsibility of ordering materials for projects, provides follow-up on any and all project activities and performs other duties inherent in the job.
To Qualify You Must Have:
• A four year degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred or High School diploma with equivalent work experience will be considered.
• Minimum of ten years construction management and five years of supervisory construction experience required.
• Hospital construction experience preferred.
• Must be familiar with codes and standards related to JCAHO, ISDH and NFPA.
