National Accounts Manager

$40,000-$140,000 / YEAR

Individual contributor role responsible for strengthening and enhancing the CNAN’s relationship with key decision makers at Harley-Davidson, CarMax and additional OEM customers. Activities typically involve critical or highly complex issues that require excellent technical and client relationship skills

Job Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  •  Acts as primary customer contact to manage inquiries and resolve all business issues regarding the HD ESP, CarMax and additional OEM customer programs by working with CNA National business areas
  •  Develops long-term customer relationships and provides significant input and effort into developing and implementing products, pricing, and services that aligns with CNA National’s business strategy
  • Pursues opportunities unique to each account in terms of marketing and operations
  • Work closely with top selling HD dealers to ensure they have a strong understanding of the HD ESP program
  • Acts as an internal account champion, assuring clear and regular communication to key CNA National employees
  • Acts as a technical resource and may provide training to CNA National employees and OEM customer staff
  • Has project management focus and ability to complete projects independently


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required or equivalent work experience, or equivalent experience


  • A minimum of three years of experience in progressive positions within the vehicle service contract industry, with a minimum of one year of experience in account services position with OEM programs
