Customer Service Associate

We are looking for a candidate to fill a unique new position in one of our fastest growing companies. Cinch Traps has been manufacturing and distributing yard, garden, and farm products since 1911. In 1972 operations moved to Oregon and continued to build a loyal customer base throughout the Northwest Since 2009 we have been expanding our reach across the US and other parts of the world and have continued growing our market share and revenue year after year and last year were able to grow revenue by over 90%.

We are looking for a candidate that has the experience and/or confidence with ecommerce sales, product handling, shipping & receiving, inventory tracking, customer service and all basic Microsoft office programs. This position will manage all aspects from the time an order is made to the point it reaches the client hands.

This is a multifaceted position working in production, shipping & receiving, teleconference selling, ecommerce sales, customer service, warehouse procurement and general duties.

Job Requirements

Daily Duties:

  • Check all online orders prep and ship
  • Prepare package and ship all Wholesale and Retail bulk Shipments
  • Coordinate and ship all secondary direct ship orders
  • Accounting and inventory adjustment daily
  • Take incoming Sales and Customer Service calls
  • Make outbound calls/emails to potential clients (Retail, Distributors, Ecommerce store owners)
  • Check inventory allotments and order accordingly for all supplies
  • Check social media and product review accounts for response needs
  • Business Development
