Promotional Customer Service Representative

$10-$15 / HOUR

Coast to Coast Events is looking to expand drastically, and are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. Our company’s culture and values are at the core of everything we do. Be a part of a high-energy team of people who truly put our mission to customer/client satisfaction. This is a FULL - TIME position that will pay salary + bonuses and will depend on experience.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills to fill our Customer Service Representative position! Customer Service Representatives will ensure the delivery of excellent customer service while building solid customer relationships. We accomplish this by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Customer service

  • Handling customer complaints and escalations

  • Completing sales using our current POS

  • Be able to provide product knowledge.

  • Assisting with maintaining sales targets
