Minimum Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of three years of related experience and/or training. Excellent verbal communication skills. Knowledge of general office equipment. Registration experience a plus. Must be customer oriented and demonstrate a positive attitude. Ability to communicate in a manner consistent with system goals for quality customer service.
MA Certification or MA Technical Diploma with three years of experience.
BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
