$17-$23 / HOURJob Responsibilities:
- Provide Quality support to Manufacturing (Bulk& Assembly production).
- Testing of incoming Raw Materials.
- Perform basic in-process and finished good testing.
- Maintain logs of release.
- Perform line clearance and FG shipment checks - (Quality Inspection of Bulk Product before packaging and filling, packaging of components, fill weights, labels, label codes, cap torque, etc.)
- Maintain test data of raw materials and bulk product.
- Record keeping/documentation of analysis.
- Review contact lab data for accuracy.
- Monitor QC lab supplies.
- Maintain accurate and current Quality records.
- Assist with investigations for customers complaints.
- Maintain current General Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) compliance.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
- Responsible for documenting all lab work per cGMP and company standards.
- Management and ownership of laboratory systems such as laboratory analytical standards, calibrations, etc.
- Working with instrumentation such as Brookefield Viscometer, pH meter, and USP methodologies.
- Testing performed in a high quality and timely manner and meet s all procedure and regulatory requirements.
Skills:
- Posses basic background and understanding of cGMP/compliance requirements for Cosmetic and Pharmaceutical or Medical Device products.
- Knowledge of basic chemistry & microbiology laboratory techniques is preferable.
- Proficient computer skills, (MS Word, MS Excel,are essential).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong problem identification/analysis and solving sills with hands-on approach in resolving issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sense of accountability, responsibility, and ownership of projects and tasks.
- Exhibit a professional standard and strong work ethic.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
- Science degree or related scientific background.
- 0 - 3 years Quality experience.
- Perform all quality control tests
- Comply with the quality system
- Perform quality checks on pieces
- Coordinate findings with quality and production personnel to facilitate quality goals
- Adhere to quality control procedures
- Insure quality of customer service
- Manage the quality control documentation
- Ensure quality products and processes
- Identify quality problems and solutions
- Ensure compliance with customer quality standards
- Assist in conducting quality inspections on work
- Provide focused, hands on quality support and expertise for all plant related quality issues
- Maintain all quality control procedures and policies
- Aid in training of associates on quality requirements
- Maintain acceptable quality and effectiveness levels
- Eliminating unnecessary downtime and enhancing quality
- Bring unit within quality control specifications
- Complete quality documentation (deviation investigations)
- Ensure product meets quality control criteria
- Communicate quality related problems to operations and quality supervision, and other necessary parties
