Finance Administrator

This is a full-time opportunity for a period of one-year with the potential to extend. Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with colleagues through assisting with administrative activity and inquiries
  • Manage the delegation of signing authority process through collecting and compiling information in excel, verifying the accuracy of job titles, and managing the monthly reporting process to ATCO corporate
  • Schedule meetings and manage tracking and sharing of meeting minutes for Board and Executive meetings
  • Compile quarterly Board and Risk meeting packages
  • Process travel and other expenses
  • Compile and track internal control documentation for annual audits
  • Collaborate with the finance team to publish financial results for our sales branches
  • Administer and compile quarterly branch surveys
  • Manage other administrative activities such as scheduling, filing, photocopying, data entry, and ordering of office supplies

Qualifications:

  • Five + years of experience in an administrative capacity
  • Fluent in Microsoft Excel
  • Fluent in another language such as French or Spanish is considered an asset
