Your Role

The Customer Success Account Manager is responsible for the customer experience from the point of sale onward. You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, spend time in the field to understand their practice and provide training tailored to their needs, upsell to increase profitability, and serve as the point person for all customer needs. You will work with customers to build referrals and network with other practices, increasing Company exposure within the medical community.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Two years’ experience in sales
  • Two years’ experience in account management
  • Experience in healthcare industry preferred
  • Experience delivering customer-focused solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management priorities simultaneously, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
  • Passionate about being a trusted partner to transform behavioral healthcare
  • Results driven -- documented success in exceeding goals and objectives

Travel Anticipated

This position requires travel approximately 50%.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities 


  • Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure a seamless customer experience and onboarding with aptihealth. Understand the Sales process and provide support as needed.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the aptihealth service and platform.
  • Develop new business with existing customers and identify opportunities for future upselling.
  • Work on-site or virtually with customers to understand the needs of the practice and coordinate with various aptihealth departments to provide support and solutions
  • Work with customer patients as needed to troubleshoot IT challenges and other barriers to access
  • Increase customer referrals through customer education, practice networking, and identifying opportunity within the medical community
  • Establish procedures and workflows for effective and timely support, including both customer communication and escalation to subject matter experts across the organization.
