Responsible for day-to-day facilities, machinery and equipment maintenance. Support production in all phases of equipment installation, repair, modifications and preventative maintenance in an industrial manufacturing environment.

Purpose
Responsible for day-to-day facilities, machinery and equipment maintenance. Support production in all phases of equipment installation, repair, modifications and preventative maintenance in an industrial manufacturing environment.
Deliverables & Responsibilities
1.Responsible for Building(s) & Ground Maintenance
- Perform preventative maintenance duties (ie. plumbing, painting, electrical, event setups/support, etc)
- Troubleshoots and repair problems involving electrical, structural, plumbing and building equipment repair or replacement.
- Troubleshoot and maintenance production equipment.
- Research parts needed and pick up parts if required and manage parts inventory to repair equipment.
- Responsible for all Forklifts maintenance
- Support Assembly/Fabrication as needed
- Responsible for repair of any marketing display
- Performs Preventive maintenance on equipment
- Perform routing and building maintenance on locks, doors, keypad, and/or locks to ensure safety.
- Perform monthly safety inspections of the entire building as well of fire extinguishers.
Qualifications (Education, Experience & Skills)
- 10+ year of related trades related to building maintenance, repair and grounds work
- Working knowledge of AC & DC current, electrical, pneumatic instructions and be familiar with solid state circuitry (highly preferred)
- Working knowledge of troubleshooting equipment including laser machine, pumps, saw, motors and various other process equipment (preferred)
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
- Skill in reading and following blueprints, assembly instructions, schematics, etc.
- Able to effectively work individually and as a team; self-motivated and able to work with little supervision.
- Able to take initiative and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and flexibility to adapt to changes and assume new responsibilities
- High level of Integrity, and Professionalism
- Effective communication skills (verbal & written)
- Must have valid driver's license
Physical Demands:
- Frequently required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Frequently required to use hand to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls and climb or balance
- Regularly required to coordinate the movement of more than one limb simultaneously
- Regularly make fine, highly controlled muscular movements to adjust the position of a control Mechanism
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Regularly required to lift and/or move up to 80 pounds; frequently required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 85 pounds or more
- Frequently required to operate specified product equipment,
- Regularly required to operate a vehicle
- Frequently required to operate computers, telephones and other office/technology equipment, requiring gross and fine motor skills, and to employ eye-hand coordination
- Frequently required to view detailed drawings or reports closely
Working Conditions:

- Frequently exposed to shop elements (E.g. noise, moving parts and equipment, dust and fumes)
