The Sales Development Representative will focus on strategically increasing the volume and quality of interaction and conversations with prospective candidates and clients throughout the recruiting process by using a combination of tools and technology, marketing procedures, and outbound communication methods.

Main Duties:

·        Executing structured, purposeful marketing outreach campaigns based on the target audience

·        Data aggregation and organization followed with outbound communication

·        Making & scheduling phone calls

·        Managing multiple calendars simultaneously

·        Execute structured, cyclical messaging campaigns

·        Strategically outsourcing and managing work, administrative tasks and projects

·        Consistently maintaining, cleaning, and organizing various CRM & database platforms

·        Managing company and individual newsfeeds on various social media platforms

Experience and Skills Preferred:

·        College Education preferred but not required

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office

·        Time Management skill

·        Self-Starting ability

·        Highly Organized and Strategic thinker

·        Phone Skill / Willingness to make high volumes of cold calls

·        Effective in-person and electronic communication ability

·        High energy & ability to work on several projects simultaneously and methodically
