Adform Interiors is currently seeking an experienced Telemarketer to join our team in Manchester, Connecticut (06042).

Summary:


Calls prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies. Influences customers to buy services and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information.




Responsibilities:

  • Identifies prospects by using search tools, current lead list, and other prepared listings.
  • Places sales calls to prospective customers; offers explanation of service/product information.
  • Encourages customers to buy products/services; receives, records, and routes customer inquiries in appropriate manner.
  • Contacts customers when necessary to follow-up on customer satisfaction issues or solicit further sales.
  • Ask relevant leading questions to understand the customer's needs and recommend the best product or service for their purposes.
  • Uses email, LinkedIn, and other relevant tools as required to facilitate quality phone connections
  • Appointment setting for the salespeople
  • Documents all contacts, actions, and responses in customer database (Salesforce CRM)
  • Organizes and maintains file system; files correspondence and other records.
  • Maintains working knowledge of products and/or services.
  • Prepares reports and correspondence as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Education and Experience


  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 6 months continuous experience in outbound phone work or telemarketing preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $16 – $20 per hour commensurate with experience
