Customer Service Representative

$11-$13 / HOUR

Position Title: Customer Service Representative

Reports to: Branch Manager 


The Customer Service Representative (CSR) manages each customer interaction to create an exceptional experience.  



SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creates an Exceptional Customer Experience

    a.     Identifies and responds to customer’s needs in a timely and efficient manner

    b.     Builds internal and external relationships

    c.     Ensures customer confidentiality and private information is maintained

     

            2.  Performs Job Related Functions

    a.     Interviews customers and process applications, making recommendations for product and services approval

    b.     Processes payments, verifies cash, endorsements, issues receipts, ACH, etc.

    c.     Prepares and present assigned daily marketing offers

    d.     Responsible for assigned collection of customer accounts

    e.     Compiles and maintains records of all daily assigned tasks

     

            3.  Ensures Compliance

    a.     Adheres to all 1FFC policies and procedures

    b.     Complies with all State and Federal regulations

     

            4.  Engages a Learning & Development environment

    a.     Participates in personal development

    b.     Exhibits knowledge of all 1FFC products

    c.     Seeks additional opportunities and responsibilities

     

            5.  Exemplifies the 1FFC Leadership Competencies

     

            6.  Performs all other work-related duties as assigned

     

Job Requirements

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:


·         Demonstrate the ability to analyze relevant information and apply individual judgment

·         Advanced interpersonal relationship skills at a variety of levels and greatly differing social and business settings

·         Ability to maintain confidential business and personal information

·         Action and result focused

·         Strong communication skills (verbal / written / interpersonal)

·         Proficient with MS Office Suite products

 Must possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to operate an automobile


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High School diploma or equivalent

Ability to meet current licensing requirement of various State and Federal regulators
