Reporting to the Product and Solutions Manager, the Product Manager will be responsible for developing the a internal evolving product while working collaboratively with the cross-functional teams to ensure that customer needs are directly influencing the development of our technology solutions.

Responsibilities
Gather business insights through research and from internal stakeholders, clients, market, and partners to action into the platformConduct competitive intel research to action into their existing and expanding platformCreate a product roadmap for their platform, taking into account value, priority, and capacity estimationsSynthesize customer insights, quantitative and qualitative data, and business strategy into detailed user stories and technical product requirements and specificationsActively participate in the agile development process and help prioritize the backlog to ensure successful completion of sprintsHelp in the testing and writing of test plans for new features and productsContribute to ideation activities for current and future products, conduct market research and other analysis to validate product directionSeek to build products that are familiar and easy to use, even in a complex business environmentEducate the sales team on new product features and competitive advantagesEducate the customer support and project management teams on new features and products with supporting materialSupport the marketing team with development of marketing/branding materialHelp to manage alliances with third-party vendor partners
Must Have 2-3+ years experience working in product management Ability to write clear and complete value-based user storiesExperience with creating product/feature documentation, business requirements documents, and user storiesExperience working in an agile environment and defining user personas, epics, and user storiesStrong project management skills – Ability to organize, prioritize, liaise and influence across teams to achieve goalsExperience working with both technical and business team members and clients
Nice to Have Experience in healthcare engaging frontline clinicians and patients.Understanding of the Canadian, Ontario and Quebec health system (e.g. strategies & policies related to digital health & medical devices, key players, funding model, etc.)Experience with PM platforms such as Gitlab, Product board, Miro.
