As a backend engineer, you will join the core engineering team to build a scalable and robust data engine towards an AI and data-driven recruiting SaaS. You will be working with top AI researchers and infrastructure gurus to explore unlimited career space.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Understand product requirements and develop highly available, scalable, and fast backend APIs and functions
• Pick up new programming languages and frameworks on the fly and helping out where needed
• Closely monitor the performance of all critical parts of our stack and respond to system failures
• Develop robust systems that serve both our user-facing apps and our internal tools

Requirements

• 2-6 years of experience in backend development
• Strong coding capability with Java/Python
• Familiar with SQL and Non-SQL DB
• Fluency in at least one web framework, such as Sprint Boot/Flask/NodeJS
