Financial Services Client looking for a CTI Administrator with Salesforce experience. This will be a Product Owner / Administration type role owning this platform within the Salesforce team.
They are migrating from Five9 to RingCentral and looking for someone to help their teams through this transition and create a true center of excellence in regards to their call centers and customer interaction teams.
6 months contract to hire role. Applicants must be authorized to work in United States without sponsorship requirements.
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ Salesforce Administrator experience
- Strong knowledge of Customer Service / Contact Center applications and software such as dialers (ex: Five9/RingCentral) and chat; etc.
- Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) experience
- Experience in implementation, training and documentation
- Experience working on IVR, campaigns, in-bound calls, do-not-call lists, etc.
- Keen eye for detail and analytic skills with the ability to manage many moving parts and details at once
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve job-related issues
