Cost/Forecasting Accountant

Spherion is recruiting for the position of Staff Accountant. This is a Direct Hire position for an Accountant who MUST have Cost Accounting and Forecasting experience.

Other duties will be : monthly invoicing and A / P, A / R, preparation of general ledger journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, assist in monthly closings, financial analysis, preparing financial statements and managing financial records.

  • Preparation of general ledger journal entries
  • Financial analysis
  • Preparation of financial statements

    • Working hours : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

    Skills :

  • 5+ years of Accounting in the above areas
  • MANDATORY Cost Accounting experience
  • MANDATORY Forecasting experience
  • Experience with GAAP accounting and financial statement
  • Experience with Excel to include Pivot tables

    • Education : Bachelors

    Experience : 4-7 years

    Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of Accounting in the above areas
  • MANDATORY Cost Accounting experience
  • MANDATORY Forecasting experience
