Accounting Manager

looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join their
high-performance team.

The role will do more than just month end close accounting work.
You will work on high level financial reporting, help prepare
financial statements, perform financial analysis, prepare budgets
and more.

This role will work on a strong accounting team where growth is

Job Responsibilities :

Prepare financial reporting packages

Analyze financial statements and provide concise explanations
for variances

Assist with the preparation of journal entries, bank
reconciliations, and month-end closing procedures

Serve as an accounting liaison between external auditors,
operations, and other staff

Work on ad hoc projects and process improvements

Research period over period variances

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance

4+ years of experience

Strong understanding of GAAP

CPA preferred

Advanced Excel skills and ability to learn new
technologies

Superb communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to comprehend instructions and work independently as
well as on a team
