An international company in Hoofddorp, Amsterdam has an excellent job vacancy for a medior or senior software engineer role who loves to build complex software solutions. In this role you will receive an annual salary up to € 70.000 and many training opportunities.

For this role you already need to live in the Netherlands.

In the role of Software Developer you will have the opportunity to develop complex software solutions for the aviation industry.

Activities:

Programming new software or adapting existing software;
Building and managing the simulation software for our test and acceptance environment;
Installing software at the end user;
Conducting tests on developed software;
Solving problems/malfunctions on existing controls and software;
Taking care of system documentation;
Exchanging information, discussing work assignments with project team members regarding size and delivery time;
Attending project meetings;
Providing service work.


Who are we looking for:

You have a completed HBO or WO education in the field of Software engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Automation or equivalent;
You have knowledge of higher programming languages (preferably C++ or C#);
You have knowledge of programming SCADA systems (preferably Siemens WinCC);
You have knowledge of programming PLC systems (preferably Siemens S7/TIA Portal);
Work experience is not necessary yet, but the willingness to learn and develop yourself further;
Excellent command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing;
You have good analytical skills;
You have a proactive attitude and an assertive character;
You are eager to learn and willing to fully master the complex processes of the customer;
You have a flexible attitude in terms of working hours and you find it no problem to work with on-call services;
You are in possession of driving license B.
